The Infinix Mobile has organized a Musical Talent Show auditions at UoN Towers 4th Floor Room 402 

Are you a 3rd or 4th year student and passionate about Brands and Marketing? If yes, the International School of Advertising (ISA) in Partnership with UoN Office of Career Services would like to recruit, train and brand 50 Students Career Ambassadors. The role of Brand Ambassadors is to link students with the Industry, organise for events, social media marketing and training of trainers for other students.

The Office of Career Services has organised the 2nd Chancellor’s Career Fair on 5th and 6th December 2019 at the Main Campus Great Court. The Career Fair aimed at linking our students to the Industry for job, internship and attachment opportunities as well as giving career talks to our students.

Elimika and Wajibu Wetu youth programmes will be rebranded to Elimika Wajibika-Vijana Amkeni. The 2 youth programs implemented by UNESCO/UNITWIN Chair in the University of Nairobi will become one inclusive programme.

This announcement was made by the UNESCO/UNITWIN Chair, Prof. Judith Bahemuka during Mid Term Revieww workshop that was held on May 17, 2019 at UoN. The rebranding will connect three circles of knowledge that is the University of Nairobi, Elimika and Wajibu Wetu

The 2019 student award ceremony was held at UON Taifa hall on May 10th 2019.  In the 2015/2016 academic year, Singh Amitoj won the gold medal and in the 2016/2017 academic year Essajee Asya Abdulatif won the same award

Speaking during the launch the Vice Chancellor Prof Mbithi congratulated all the students for the outstanding performance and he also urged them to consider UON as their choice of furthering their studies. The VC also urged parent, staff members and stakeholders to join the list of awards sponsors.
