LIBRARY UPDATE: ACCESS TO RESEARCH FOR LIFE

All students can now access Research for life in the library via http:login.research4life.org. This is a collective name for the following five programs:

1. Research in Health (Hinari),

2. Research in Agriculture (AGORA),

3. Research in the Environment (OARE),

4. Research for Development and Innovation (ARDI)

5. Research for Global Justice (GOALI)

UPDATE ON UNIVERSITY OPERATIONS

To all students, this is an update on University Operations from our VC Prof. S.G.Kiama based on the meeting of the University Senate held online yesterday, Tuesday March 31, 2020.

1. In the face of COVID-19 pandemic, several University staff/ Lecturers are working with the Government, giving advice and also educating the Kenyan community on various media platforms, about the pandemic.

NIW 2020: 2ND ANNUAL RESEARCH INNOVATION POSTER EXHIBITION AND COMPETITION

The University of Nairobi in collaboration with a large number of partners and stakeholders convene each year to organize and execute the Nairobi Innovation Week. The Nairobi Innovation Week 2020 will be held from June 8 – 12, 2020 at the University of Nairobi.

EXTRA SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS AND PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN HIGHER EDUCATION

All are invited to the Public Lecture titled "Extra Support for students and persons with special needs in higher education", delivered by Prof Ann-Katrin on 26th February 2020, University of Nairobi Towers, room 405, 2:30pm - 5:00pm.
