The University of Nairobi or commonly known as UoN is one of the largest public universities in Kenya located in the heart of the city, Nairobi led by the Vice Chancellor. The VC is the academic and administrative head of the University and is responsible to the Council for maintaining and promoting the academic image and maintaining and promoting the efficiency and good order of the University. It is therefore, with great pleasure we have the Virtual Installation of the 8th VC of the University of Nairobi on the 5th June 2020 at Taifa Hall at 10:00am.

You are warmly invited to be part of this historic moment in witnessing the Installation of Prof. Stephen Gitahi Kiama PhD as the 8th Vice Chancellor of UoN.

All guests to be seated by 8:30am. As the ceremony starts promptly at 9am, at the Taifa Hall on the 21st January 2020.
