LOWER KABETE CAMPUS ACTIVITIES DURING THE COVID-19

A team of 11 peer student counsellors have been reaching out to the students. These counsellors are highly encouraged to make referrals to the student counselor and Assistant dean of students where they encounter challenges for immediate tele-counselling and other immediate necessary referrals. The tele-counselling is for the students who reach out for psychological support, they are then referred to the relevant offices such as HELB, Dean of faculty, Dean of students, finance department among others for resolution.

Students in their third year second semester have joined hands to help an extremely needy student who normally plaits her colleagues hair for up keep while in session and is currently in dire need given the prevailing situation. Spiritual group members have also reached out to other needy students too to support them.
