Program Structure:
·Intensive learning and development program to acquire core job knowledge and skillsets
·International assignment participation and job rotation opportunity in Hong Kong Global Headquarters
·Valuable opportunity for personal development and catch the exponential growth of CMI
·Cross-departmental and international exposure through various projects to understand company business and operations
·Direct coaching and mentoring provided by managers
Exploring by Visit and Activities:
·Hong Kong Global Headquarters Visit
·Global Network Center Visit in Hong Kong Headquarters
·China Mobile Southern Base Visit
·CMI Corporate Social Responsibility Activities
Qualification:
·Final year students or recent graduates from Business, Engineering and Information Technology or related disciplines
·Entrepreneurial and innovative
·Passionate in the telecommunications industry
·Excellent command of written and spoken English
·Knowledge of Mandarin and Cantonese will be an advantage
Program Location:
1. Asia Pacific: Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam
2. North & Latin America : Brazil, Canada, Panama, USA
3. Europe, the Middle East and Africa Region : France, Germany, Kenya, Russia, South Africa, UAE, UK
4. Greater China : China, Taiwan
Target onboard date:
·Mid of July, 2020
·(Spare about 3 weeks for China and Hong Kong visa application)
Program Schedule:
·First 3 weeks in home country
·2 weeks orientation in Hong Kong HQ with all GGTs
·First 3 months station in home country
·4th – 6th month station in HK HQ for job orientation (i.e. Nov 2020– Jan 2021)
·7th month – end of July station in home country to continue the program.
·Overseas GTs will return to HK HQ for smart project final presentation.
·After 12-month program, will appoint each GT’s final grading according to their performance (i.e. Top Performer: Senior Executive, Average performer: Executive)
Assessment Procedures:
·Country Head and one nominated senior employee would be the mentor of the GT.
·Mentor would be the key person to assign work tasks and provide coaching to GTs.
·Each GT has to submit IDP assessment on monthly or quarterly bases
·Mentors need to review GT’s performance and set short term targets with each GT periodically when filling in IDP assessment.
