Invitation to the UoN Compassion Day

Dear Staff and Students,

The University of Nairobi Senate at its meeting held on January 14, 2022 resolved to hold an Annual UoN Compassion Day to sensitize the University community on the need to support the most disadvantaged members of the students’ community.

The University has organized a Compassion Day to support our Needy Students which is in line with the University’s core value of ‘Care.

The Details of the event are as follows

Date: Friday April 21, 2023

Time: 9.00am – 1.00pm

Venue: Taifa Hall, Main Campus

Theme: ‘Give a Hand to that Needy Student’

The UoN Compassion Day aims to support our needy students from very humble backgrounds who require regular support to enable them to pursue and complete their studies. Please support this worthy cause through donation in cash or in kind through the Office of the Dean of Students.
