UHURU'S MADARAKA DAY SPEECH HINT

Kenya celebrated Madaraka day celebrations 57 years for the first time indoors and virtually. President Uhuru Kenyatta gave his speech again for the first time from State house that was given live coverage as Kenyans followed from home. The president said that in the coming days he will address the nation on matters going forward amidst the increasing positive cases on covid-19.

On Thursday 28th May,2020, President Kenyatta signed into law the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (Amendment) Bill of 2019 at State House. Justin Muturi, Speaker of the National Assembly, Leader of Majority in the National Assembly Aden Duale and Treasury CS Ukur Yattani attended the signing ceremony among others such as Attorney General Paul Kihara, Joseph Kinyua - Head of Public Service,Njee Muturi - State House Deputy Chief of Staff,Michael Sialai - National Assembly Clerk.
