The Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) is an international organization dedicated to building a better world through higher education located in London, United Kingdom that has more than 500 members spread across the 50 countries in the commonwealth with University of Nairobi being one of them.

Eric a former UoN student having graduated in December 2019, wrote a thesis under the provision of Prof.Ben Sihanya titled "Viability of Lifestyle Audits as an Anti-Corruption Strategy in Kenya: A Critical Assessment of the Policy, Legal and Administrative Framework." Schools might be reopening in two and half months time (September) and according to CS Prof Magoha, he felt confident that the preparations in place to check the spread of Covid-19 among learners were sufficient. The Education Ministry still has ongoing consultation on the academic calendar year more so on the school exams. Prof Magoha requested that board of management should support governmental efforts to create a safe,conducive environment for the students upon school resumption. These efforts include:
