WOMEN STUDENT’S WELFARE ASSOCIATION (WOSWA) HOLDS TRAINING FOR FEMALE STUDENTS

University of Nairobi female students have been encouraged to take charge of their sexual life, focus on their goals and avoid messing up their lives while in campus.

The one day training for female students was organized by Women Students' Welfare Association (WOSWA)  and was held at the Education Building, Main Campus on Tuesday,  September 26, 2017. Led by the WOSWA Chair, Mary Achien’g, who urged female students to focus on their careers.

School of Dental Sciences (SDS) staff undergo pedagogy and andragogy training

A section of teaching staff from the College of Health Sciences successfully finished a pedagogy, andragogy and mentorship training held from 27th to 29th May, 2019.

The 3-day workshop was conducted by the Centre for Pedagogy and Andragogy (CEPA) based at the College Of Education and External Studies in Kikuyu Campus.

Capacity Building training for Corruption Prevention Committees and integrity Assurance Officers

The College of Health Sciences (CHS) held a Capacity Building training for Corruption Prevention Committees and Integrity Assurance Officers on Monday, 8th April, 2019.

The workshop which was organized by the University of Nairobi in liason with the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) was held in the School of Medicine Boardroom.

The event was graced by Prof. Stephen Kiama, the acting DVC Human Resource and Administration.
