WELCOME TO THE HULT PRIZE UON ON CAMPUS BOOTCAMP 8 ON VIRTUAL PROPOSITION IN START-UP

Welcome to the 8th Boot Camp session organized by the Hult Prize UoN On Campus team. The speaker, Irene Mwihaki, is a seasoned startup coach and an entrepreneur. 

The Facilitator, Elsie Christine is the Assistant Director, Hult Prize UoN On Campus Program and a student at the University of Nairobi. 

RESEARCH WEEK 2020

The University of Nairobi will be hosting the first ever virtual Research Week from the 12th to 16th of October 2020. Due to the on-going COVID-19 Pandemic, the conferences will be held online. There are 868 registered participants from the 5 continents who will participate in the event.

This is the 3rd of the annual event and will comprise of 13 separate academic conferences. Expected are global participants from academia, government and industry. There are 347 presentations with 40 plus Keynote speakers.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RESEARCH OUTPUT COMMERCIALIZATION TRAINING

The University has research output with high potential for use in society and commercialization. Some of this research output has been identified and protected. The products and processes that have potential for commercialization are in various stages of development. Some need more research, prototyping, market research and others are ready for marketing.
