Essential Functions:

Work with other support technicians to assist in:

• Providing technical support to clients to understand programs and solve problems as and when raised.

• Logging support calls and documenting their outcome to facilitate in solution of common queries

• Redirecting or escalating challenging support requests to senior members of the team, or the SKY technical support center in Jordan

• Ensuring that system licenses are kept up to date and expiry messages are passed on to the clients where appropriate

• Establishing and maintaining active and progressing working relationships within the work environment

• Making relevant and justified recommendations to clients for improvement of the system functionality

Education/Experience

• Area of study in Computer Science, Information technology, or any other related course (Bachelors Degree)

• Must be in third year or higher within their institution of higher education and carry a 3.0 grade point average.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• The ability to ‘Think outside the Box’

• Requirements analysis or testing background

• Manage multiple projects

• Can work independently and in a fast-paced environment

• Must be detail oriented  and be able to meet deadlines

• Can understand complex matters

• Possess strong interpersonal skills
