Main purpose of the job: To provide HR Management services and support with respect to recruitment
and placement, administration of HR Information Management system, Performance/Appraisal
Management, Occupational Health and Safety and Employee Welfare to enhance
the attraction retention and motivation of staff.
Key result areas:
• Coordinating HR activities e.g Work Permit Letters and Documents, Employee Trainings,
• Recruitment and Placement of all new positions, and to liaise with department heads for a
successful recruitment;
• Updating employee files;
• Coordination and implementation of computerized HR Information System;
• Timely production of HR reports;
• HR policies and procedures interpretation;
• Staff Welfare and counseling Services;
• Support training and development of staff performance;
• Assist in the implementation of Health and Safety Programs;
• To advise management on all HR matters;
• Monitor the performance effectiveness of the existing staff and make effort for its
improvement on continuous basis;
• Developing and updating HR documents as per the Relevant Laws.


Degree /Diploma in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology/B Com Management (HR
Back-ground in law is a plus.
Membership of a Professional Legal/ Human Resource Association is desirable.
Experience: At least two to three (2-3) years’ experience in Human Resources related environment.
